back to main           Furniture Design Award 2010 – Where Design Masterpieces Come Alive   Results of the prestigious Furniture Design (FDA) 2010 were announced during the International Furniture Fair Singapore where 16 finalists were short-listed to vie for the final glory. Like previous year, participants in all categories were given free rein over their furniture creations. This year’s award attracted 1,096 entries from over 32 countries, almost double the entries received last year. The entries for FDA 2009 were judged by a panel of distinguished local and foreign judges based on their creativity, marketability, functionality, environmental-friendliness and ergonomics.
