Through partnerships with agencies such as SkillsFuture Singapore, Workforce Singapore, Enterprise Singapore, and NTUC’s e2i, the institute also supports industry workforce transformation through career conversion programmes, skills upgrading, and job placement initiatives.

Momentum Strategies is a consultancy initiative connected to the SFIC Institute ecosystem. It provides strategic advisory services to support business transformation and enterprise development for companies across the industry. 

The consultancy focuses on six key areas: globalisation, sustainability, technology adoption, design and branding, manpower development, and production advisory — helping businesses strengthen competitiveness and adapt to evolving market demands.
