NOTICE OF SFIC 45th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

1. Notice is hereby given that the 45^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Singapore Furniture Industries Council (SFIC) will be held on:

Day/Date: Wednesday, 28 October 2026
Time: 2:00 pm (Registration starts at 1.30pm)
Venue: National Design Center, 111 Middle Rd, Singapore 188969

Agenda:

1. To confirm the minutes of the last AGM held on 21 October 2025.
2. To receive and adopt the SFIC President’s Report for the year under review.
3. To receive and approve the audited Statement of Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2026.
4. To consider such other matters of which written notice has been given at least 10 days before the Annual General Meeting [i.e. received by the Secretariat before Monday, 19 October 2026]
